Co-founders, Emily Tusaneza and Rita Previtali have a combined experience of more than 3 decades in the financial services industry managing and consulting on technology and risk projects for global investment banks, asset management firms, brokerage firms, hedge funds, market data services, and big four consulting practices. 

Solid technology expertise and research capabilities backed by strong project/program management methodologies; a proven track record of delivery under demanding conditions, complemented by in-depth financial/capital markets knowledge with hands-on experience on operational, credit, and market risk.
